Pieter Vos returns to Rämistrasse with new casts in concrete and lead. The exhibition takes the mould as its subject as much as the figure: the negative space that precedes the body, and the residue it leaves behind.
Fragments rest on low plinths and against the wall, weighted and partial. Vos continues to work at the threshold where the human form is recognised and withheld, the cast holding the memory of a body that is no longer present.
