For the winter space, Beatrice Aerni presents silver-gelatin photographs made in fog and standing water. The mountain light is reduced to a near-monochrome, surfaces dissolving where air and lake meet.
Aerni works without figures. The empty interiors and water she records hold the cold steadily, each print an exercise in how little can be shown while still being seen.
